UCHANGE HOME CARE SERVICES is seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, and Home Care Givers for part-time in-home care in Tinley Park, IL and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible hours under 40 per week and a professional, dependable team environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, follow care plans through our app, and document changes while maintaining reliability and clear communication. Valid license and background check required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or Home Care Giver certification preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have a smartphone to use our care app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• TB test or chest X-ray required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain documentation through our mobile care portal.
