UChange Home Care in Joliet, IL is hiring a part-time Home Care Aide / Caregiver. Starting pay is $17/hour, with 20–30 hours per week and flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but training available.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Use a mobile app to clock in and document care.
• Communicate regularly with the office team.
