Job summary

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home care team in Foxboro, Massachusetts. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay up to $160 per visit.

As an SLP with VRNS, you will perform home-based evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support safe swallowing and effective

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Afternoon availability.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Assessing communication, speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educating patients and caregivers regarding communication strategies and swallowing safety.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with physicians and other members of the care team.
• Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation.
