Job summary

The Heritage Center and Horizons Rehabilitation is recruiting a part-time Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for movement disorders in geriatric residents in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• State credentialing/licensure as required.
• Experience in long term care and/or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat movement disorders in geriatric residents according to physician orders.
• Provide care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and quality of life.
