Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks compassionate, patient RBTs to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, support skill-building, and document progress using electronic devices.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a genuine desire to help children with Autism, and RBT certification. Paid training is provided and part-time hours are available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working

• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
