Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher in helping students increase academic and social skills
• Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Help implement goals in students' IEP under teacher guidance, including small group instruction and one-on-one tutoring
• Support students in meeting developmental needs through activities that encourage independence and responsibility
• Demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, attendance, and safety in daily duties
