Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree or higher.
• High School Diploma/GED with passing one of the formal assessments (WorkKeys, ParaPro, MTTC).
• Must meet Highly Qualified requirements per Michigan DOE.
• Basic understanding of current technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with instructional activities per student IEP.
• Participate in program planning for instructional plans.
• Maintain program records and monitor student progress.
• Assist with physical care of students and daily living activities.
• Provide a safe, orderly environment and supervise students.
