Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver after-school tutoring and support for K-12, AP, and exam prep. You will follow C2’s curriculum, foster a positive learning environment, and support student growth in collaboration with a team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of teaching experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to differentiate instruction. This role is on-site in our Olney, MD locations with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners.
• Strong communication with students and families.
• Proficient use of educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to families.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enrich learning.
• Communicate progress and concerns to parents/guardians.
• Participate in professional development to improve teaching skills.
• Follow school policies and perform other duties as needed.
