Qualifications

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Mandated Reporter Training.
• High school or secondary school experience preferred.
• Other school-required background checks/clearances as mandated by Pennsylvania state law.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for middle school student-athletes during your designated shift.
• Provide on-site medical coverage for scheduled afternoon practices, home games, and athletic events.
• Design and implement proactive injury prevention programs.
• Develop clear, safe return-to-play plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation.
• Communicate effectively as the central link between coaches, athletes, and parents.
