Job summary

Chick-fil-A Harper Road is hiring a Part Time Heart of House Team Member to prepare and cook food to Chick-fil-A standards at our Beckley, WV location. Under new Owner/Operator leadership, you will contribute to a friendly, team-oriented environment and deliver signature Chick-fil-A service daily.

Responsibilities include operating kitchen stations, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and scholarship options, with Sundays

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Chick-fil-A at Harper Road is now under the management of a new Owner/Operator and has an immediate need for a Part Time Heart of House Team Member.

Heart of House Team Member Responsibilities (not limited to):
