Job summary

Allied Universal® in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol to safeguard clients across healthcare and other settings. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, and respond to incidents following established protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and adherence to procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to site leadership or responders.
