Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Willing to work in a hospital morgue.
• Able to restrain individuals as needed.
• State, county, or city security license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, access control procedures, and directions for patients and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
