Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Customer Service Patrol in Frisco, TX. The role offers flexible hours with anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Responsibilities include customer service, incident response, and regular patrols across hospital facilities. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a background check; drug screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare facility policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site protocols and escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and vendor activity, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
