Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a healthcare facility in Cleveland, OH. You will provide customer service, perform routine patrols, and support patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible security presence.

You will monitor access points, respond to incidents, and document observations. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with evening shifts; CPR is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and requests for assistance in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate with supervision.
