Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time maintenance aide to support facility upkeep in a compassionate, mission-driven environment in Georgia. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs and safety checks, and help maintain a clean, safe center for residents and staff.

Starting pay is $21/hour with weekly pay and benefits including PTO, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with match. Join a nonprofit center known for high-quality care and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum a HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Change air conditioner/heater filters and perform routine maintenance.
• Operate basic electrical tools and equipment safely.
• Test safety systems, extinguishers, and alarms as scheduled.
• Assist with general cleaning and minor carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain grounds and report maintenance issues promptly.
