Job summary

Heritage Environmental is seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician to manage a Product Collection Program on customer sites as part of the recycling program. A personal vehicle is required, and mileage is reimbursed for travel between sites.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, collecting data via a mobile app, preparing reports, and supporting billing and cost tracking. A high-school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites are required.
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood
• Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
