Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, compassionate customer service in a busy CVS Pharmacy/retail environment. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and support store operations while learning growth opportunities in the pharmacy and beauty departments.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical: able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues.
• Greet customers and assist locating items.
• Handle cashier duties with accuracy and follow policies.
• Maintain sales floor and assist with inventory; stock and pricing.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and promote CVS services.
