Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part‑time Store Associate to join our Nashville-area team. You will provide friendly, attentive customer service, operate the cash register, and support multiple departments including photo and beauty to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting pharmacy staff when needed, and promoting CVS services to help customers manage their health.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and updating pricing information as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in opportunities for growth and development.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health goals.
