The role may include pharmacy assistance and participation in CVS services and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience. Qualified candidates are 16+ years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Age: at least 16 years old.
• Preferred retail or customer service experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and help locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties per policy and procedures.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and manage inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health goals.
