Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Health Fitness Professional to join a client site in Warsaw, IN, in a part-time substitute capacity. You will lead fitness programs, monitor safety, perform assessments, and tailor programs to member goals while helping to promote program offerings and outreach.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or exercise science or relevant experience, plus CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or exercise science or related field.
• OSHA compliant First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• HealthFitness certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility and ensure participant safety.
• Coordinate and lead health improvement programs and promotions.
• Conduct fitness testing and tailor programs to goals.
• Engage in member outreach and orientations.
• Maintain communications materials and schedule internships.
