The role requires nursing credentials (LPN or RN with Baccalaureate), BC licensure (BCCNM), and a minimum of five years of nursing experience with gerontological emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum: LPN Diploma or RN with Baccalaureate in Nursing.
• Must hold current licensure with BCCNM.
• At least 5 years nursing experience with gerontological expertise in community care or complex care facilities.
• Computer literacy and willingness to integrate electronic learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Health Care Assistant Program delivering theory, lab, and clinical experiences.
• Collaborate with CNC's educational partners and maintain professional communication with students and colleagues.
• Support student success and lifelong learning within a team environment.
