Join Our Team as a Head Lifeguard!

Are you a lifeguard extraordinaire ready to take the plunge into leadership? We're seeking a passionate individual for our Head Lifeguard position! Join us in making a splash and lead the way to a safe and thrilling pool experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide service to the general public by monitoring water activities, ensuring safety, providing first aid, informing customers of upcoming events, and answering inquiries.

2. Ensure the safety of the public by enforcing pool rules and regulations, checking pool chemicals, monitoring safety issues, reporting unresolved issues to the Aquatic Supervisor, and assisting staff and the public when necessary.

3. Prepare facilities for special events by setting up tables, chairs, and decorations.

4. Follow all opening and closing procedures and ensure staff complete all tasks.

5. Oversee operations in the absence of a Pool Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience: Two years of lifeguard experience preferred.
• Certifications: Must have American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications. Training will be provided upon hire.
