As a key leader, you'll oversee aquatic activities, enforce pool rules, and maintain water quality—all while providing top-notch customer service.   1. Provides service to the general public by scanning the water to monitor activities and ensure safety; provide first aid, informing customers of upcoming events and answering inquiries.
  2. Ensures the safety of the general public by enforcing pool rules and regulations, checking pool chemicals, monitoring for safety issues and report any unresolvable issues to the Aquatic’s Supervisor, monitoring activities and providing assistance to other staff and the general public when necessary.
  3. Prepares facilities for special events by setting up tables and chairs and decorating.
  4. Follows all opening and closing procedures and ensures staff have completed all tasks.
  5. Oversees operations in the absence of a Pool Manager.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: High School or GED preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Two years lifeguard experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Requires American Red Cross -Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid certification. Will provide training upon hire.
