Assisted Self Check Out
- Monitor and assist customers at multiple self-checkout registers.
- Proactively recommend products and services to customers.
- Greet, assist, and engage with customers across registers.
- Move within the checkout area to ensure smooth transactions.
- Thank customers and invite them back to Lowe’s.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service following Lowe's policies.
- Assist customers in locating and demonstrating merchandise.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and questions.
- Communicate product and service information effectively.
- Train and support team members.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash.
- Support front-end team with supervision and coaching.
- Handle merchandise, phone calls, and register operations.
In-stock
- Prepare the register area at shifts' start and end.
- Inspect returned merchandise.
- Manage customer orders and online returns.
- Verify pricing and record store inventory usage.
Clean and Safe Stores
- Monitor cash and security tags.
- Assist with security and theft prevention.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Operate store equipment as needed.
General
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of computer experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience with retail technology.
- 1-2 years of retail cashier experience.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Preferences:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in product sales and customer needs assessment.
- Experience as a head cashier and in retail departments.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience in shoplifting detection.
