Essential Functions:

• Assist with Self Check Out: monitor and identify customers needing assistance, approach and interact proactively, move throughout the checkout area, and thank customers.
• Customer Service: provide excellent service, assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise, respond to questions, process transactions, and support store operations.
• In-stock: prepare register area, inspect merchandise, manage orders and returns, verify prices, and record store items.
• Clean and Safe Stores: monitor safety, prevent theft, maintain cleanliness, operate store equipment, and ensure a secure environment.
• General duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience with computers and retail technology.
• 1-2 years of retail cashier experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds with or without accommodation.

Preferences:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in product sales, customer needs assessment, and supervisory roles.
• Experience in shoplifting detection.
