Actikare Responsive In Home Care in Bothell is actively seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with senior care experience to join our award-winning team.

We offer flexible morning shifts, part-time hours, and competitive pay.$21.00–$23.00 per hour for HCA/CNA roles, with health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, sick leave and free continuing education training.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with WA state.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• U.S. work authorization mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.
• Compassionate, respectful bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
