Job summary

Marvin's Moncks Corner is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for a part-time, on-site role. You will help customers identify needs, offer product recommendations, and process sales at the counter using our POS system.

The ideal candidate will have strong math, reading, writing and communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail or hardware experience is a plus.

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong math, reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Able to lift and load up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and provide product knowledge.
• Process sales and special orders using the POS system.
• Maintain clean and organized sales area and stock shelves.
• Assist with loading purchases and answering phone inquiries.
