Job summary

Grabill Hardware Do It Best in Grabill, IN seeks a part-time Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist customers, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor. You’ll learn product details across departments, support on-hand inventory, and help with promotions.

The role emphasizes flexible hours (4pm–7pm, M–F, Saturdays) and teamwork to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong math, reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone, including add-on sales.
• Keep the sales floor neat, clean, and organized.
• Notify customers of promotions and new products.
• Assist with loading products into customers' vehicles.
• Restock shelves and maintain planograms and signage.
• Handle inventory counts and pricing lookups as needed.
• Face products and support staff with store tasks as required.
