Job summary

Rite Corporation in San Francisco seeks a personable, professional handyman for our ~20,000 sq ft vintage office building in the Inner Mission. This is a part-time onsite role for an experienced handyman who lives in SF and has their own truck.

You will work 2–3 days per week performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, light construction, and coordinating with the property manager to keep the building well-presented and safe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general building maintenance or handyman services.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repair.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to diagnose and solve common building maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with the property manager and tenants.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall tasks.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor improvements.
• Maintain and document work performed and issues observed.
