Job summary

上海展浪信息技术有限公司 seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the Strongsville facility and grounds, ensuring the building remains safe, clean, functional, and operational. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week.

The Technician will work independently to perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and general facility upkeep, while coordinating larger repairs and contractor needs with the Department Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in building, facilities, construction, trades, or related maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic janitorial tasks.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, and general repairs within qualifications.
• Maintain doors, locks, lighting, shelving, fixtures, and other building components.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address issues.
