Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and supporting seasonal resets. You’ll use a handheld device to manage inventory and communicate with supervisors. The role requires energy, reliability, and excellent customer interactions.

Expect 7–10 hours per week with overtime around holidays; paid training is included and voluntary benefits are offered for part-time staff.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and information.
• Access to Wi-Fi and reliable transportation to stores.

Mansioni

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in and outside the department using a mobile device, communicating with supervision.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays, including weekends as needed.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, and rearranging card sections, notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
