Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work with local store teams, manage shelf presence, restock, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products. You’ll travel between assigned stores, support seasonal resets, and collaborate with store staff to optimize product placement and customer experience.

The role requires availability 6–20 hours per week, occasional weekend work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Paid training and voluntary benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate a handheld device to view documents.
• Must have reliable Wi-Fi and Internet access.
• Must have consistent transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within assigned stores and communicate with supervisor.
• Holiday support: Additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: Assist in installations and remodeling tasks, relocate cards, and set up fixtures.
• One Team Vision: Collaborate with other merchandisers to support the broader territory.
