Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access documents and interpret information.
• Wi‑Fi access and internet.
• Reliable transportation to store visits.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: increased hours around major holidays and potential actual holiday work.
• Department resets: assist with installing, relocating, and resetting card sections and fixtures with advance notifications.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories as needed.
