Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser in New Hampshire to work independently in retail environments, restocking, optimizing product placement, and maintaining inventory across assigned stores. You may also support seasonal resets and installations while collaborating with store teams.

The role is part-time with a variable schedule, typically 5–13 hours weekly, and requires availability around major holidays or weekends. Training and voluntary benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising tasks.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays with potential weekend work.
• Department resets: partake in installations and remodeling tasks; assist in relocating card sections and fixtures, with two weeks’ notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories to support shared goals.
