Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Habilitation Technician in the Burlington, NC area. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence and confidence in daily activities.

The role offers flexible part-time schedules, weekly pay, and shifts near home, with a pay range of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

What You'll Do as a Habilitation Technician:

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

$15.00-$16.00 per hour
