The Little Gym in Somerville is hiring a part-time team member who loves kids, movement, and learning through play. You’ll lead activities, introduce children to education through our curriculum, and deliver friendly, attentive service to families in a moving, fun environment.

Expect flexible Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, about 12–15 hours per week, with opportunities for more hours as the gym grows. We’ll train you in our methods and support your development in a collaborative team.

Formación

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well
