The Little Gym of Somerville seeks a full-time instructor to lead engaging classes based on our proven curriculum. You’ll deliver high-energy sessions, provide outstanding member service, and ensure safety and quality across programs. You’ll also help train and evaluate teammates to maintain The Little Gym’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and be energetic.
• Background in child development or physical education is a plus.
• Experience in a gym setting is beneficial.

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee breadth of programs to meet high standards.
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow team members.
