Metro Gymnastics | An Emler Gym in Tigard, OR is seeking positive, high-energy coaches to work with kids of all ages, teaching confidence, skills, and a love for movement.

We provide paid, hands-on training from day one, regardless of experience, plus a team that celebrates progress and keeps energy upbeat. Join us to develop coaching, leadership, and time-management skills while making a difference.

Qualifications

• A positive, energetic attitude and a love for working with kids.
• Willingness to learn - paid training provided.
• Ability to keep kids engaged, motivated, and safe in class.

Responsibilities

• Teach preschool and school-aged gymnastics, with opportunities to assist in ninja, yoga, and special events.
• Work with children of all ages and skills levels, keeping classes fun, safe, and positive.
• Use creativity and problem-solving to help every child feel successful.
• Support students' progress by following curriculum and engaging class rotations.
