Description

High Hotels Ltd. is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We aim to uphold the highest standards in guest service and product quality.

As a Guest Services Representative at High Hotels Ltd., you will represent the hotel positively by responding courteously to guest needs, providing information about the hotel and local area, assisting with arrivals and departures, operating the switchboard, and managing departmental financial transactions.

Location: The Courtyard by Marriott on Scotch Road in Ewing, NJ.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring 2-3 days of work per week. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may vary and include any of the following: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Weekend & holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing guest reservations (taking, modifying, canceling)
• Communicating hotel facilities and services
• Providing local area information
• Assisting with guest arrivals and departures
• Answering front desk calls

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle money accurately
• Strong reading, math, and communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
