Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate at our Washington region resort. You will welcome guests, guide them through registration, issue keys, and provide local information to enhance stays.

Collaboration with other departments helps resolve guest needs from check-in to checkout. The role requires strong English communication, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; part-time with potential for full-time hours during peak

Part Time position with potential for fulltime hours during Peak Season. Typical shift coverage is Two days/week for 7a-3p (Sunday/Monday) with the flexibility to cover a 3rd day of 7a-3p or 3p-10p.

Starting Rate of Pay $18.50 Per Hour

As a Guest Services Associate, your friendly welcome, excellent service, and contagious smile will play a vital part in making guests’ vacations memorable from registration to checkout. You’ll extend hospitality with heart in everything you do, from sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions to assisting guests with their needs before and during their stay.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes. Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions. Collaborate with other departments to assist guests with anything that they need throughout their stay. Complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.

What You’ll Bring:

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English. Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Basic computer and office skills.

Compensation Generally starting at $18.50 - $18.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
