Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg is seeking a part-time Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness across our guest rooms and corridors, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

You will perform basic housekeeping duties, restock supplies, and report damages; strong guest service and teamwork are essential. This on-site role in Fredericksburg, VA offers benefits and opportunities for growth through Island Hospitality's training programs.

Qualifications

• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances.
