Job summary

Asante’s Three Rivers Medical Center Family House in Grants Pass seeks a Guest Housing Representative to oversee guest housing facilities during shifts. The role includes administrative tasks, housekeeping, and customer service to support guests and their families.

You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to house rules while maintaining a caring environment for guests and staff, contributing to the mission of comfort and support during treatment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality or healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn hospitality databases.
• Organized with ability to multitask.
• Associate degree in business or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present guests with an effective orientation to enhance stay and guide through house rules.
• Provide guest support to ensure satisfaction and comfortable visits.
• Ensure compliance with Family House rules and protect guest confidentiality.
• Maintain guest house safety and perform routine checks.
• Maintain high-quality housekeeping and sanitation in guest rooms and common areas.
