Job summary

Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Part-Time Educator for the Shops at Evergreen Walk pop-up (3-month contract) in Connecticut. The Educator will deliver world-class guest service, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

You will engage guests on the floor, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional in-store experience in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action and make it right for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members.
