Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Server for The Goat, a social dining experience built around community and connection. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a friendly, polished presence to ensure memorable moments.

Based in our Columbus area locations, the server will respond to guest needs, process payments, and help drive sales with menu knowledge in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related customer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system.
• Serve food and beverages and answer guest questions.
• Process payments and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Check back with guests to address concerns and maximize sales with product knowledge.
