Job summary

Buckle in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Sales Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations, including greeting guests, answering questions, and processing transactions.

No prior experience is required. The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to store policies. Benefits include bonuses and 401(k) after eligibility. This is an entry-level, part-time position at Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service throughout the store in Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and process payments.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and policies on exchanges and payments.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable and communicate concerns to management.
