CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone offers part‑time, on‑site crew member positions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Crew members help keep the park safe, clean and entertaining for visitors while gaining experience in multiple departments. The focus is on customer service, safety management, effective communication, and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All crew members work closely with park members, guests and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy and clean environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Comfortable interacting with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Prior experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Lifting and/or moving a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Frequent communication and interaction with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

COMPENSATION

Compensation ranges from $14.00/hr based on qualifications and experience.
