Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking part-time Crew Members to support multiple park departments. You will help deliver a memorable guest experience, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Roles include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, and Front Desk Membership Sales. Applicants must be 16+; prior experience is a plus but not required, with a flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OVERVIEW

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates that have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more! If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is your profession, for any of the following part-time opportunities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

All Crew Members stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.), is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs and requirements.
• Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Compensation starts at $11.00/hr. Full pay range goes up to 15.00 USD per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
