Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Part-Time Educator for MarketStreet Lynnfield. You will engage guests, share product education, and connect with the community, helping drive exceptional guest experiences in a luxury retail setting.

You will collaborate with the team on product presentation, operations, and omnichannel programs while maintaining a premium store environment and complying with safety policies. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver world-class guest experiences with timely, friendly service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock, using in-store technology per company standards.
• Maintain a clean, luxurious store environment and follow people safety policies.
• Accept and act on guest feedback in partnership with store leadership.
