Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is recruiting a Part-time Driver to transport guests safely and courteously around the resort and to designated destinations. You will contribute to a five-star guest experience with attentive, professional service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 5 years of driving or hospitality experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving or hospitality experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (luggage handling as needed).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from resort locations or designated destinations.
• Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
• Greet passengers with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with luggage when needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Inspect assigned vehicle before and after each shift, ensuring proper operation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and resort transportation policies.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of both work areas and vehicles at all times.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or guest issues immediately to Loss Prevention and the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
