Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during park hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• All Crew Member stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
